School of Horsemanship - $750/per Month	Dickson Barn - $600/per Month
Includes stalls cleaning, hay/grain, blanketing, daily turn-out, use of all arenas. Individual tack lockers, and large open tack room, hot/cold wash racks.  Clients will have full access to all arenas in addition to the 88 acres across the bridge (trails, etc).  However, access will be limited during scheduled Events. 

 One arena will be set with jumps at all times.

 Veterinarian and Farrier selected/scheduled by client (current vaccination records and negative Coggins must be submitted to business office).  There is a covered arena attached to the barn, hot and cold water, kitchen, viewing area, great footing in all arenas.
